Sestao (Vizcaya), 1894; Bilbao, 1944. Organista y compositor. Inició sus estudios musicales en su ciudad natal para continuarlos en el Conservatorio de Bilbao, donde recibió clases de Jesús Guridi y Aureliano Valle. Obtuvo primeros premios de piano y órgano. En 1917 se presentó a las oposiciones de organista de Begoña (Bilbao), que ganó Eduardo Gorosarri.
